Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Outside of this time, all sales are deemed final, Return postage is at the customers expense and this will not be credited to you.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the the merchandise returned has failed to meet our refund policy requirements

If an item is out of stock when we go to process and pack your order, we will issue you a refund for that item. Apologies as this could happen since we sell our items in our physical store as well as online. Thank you for understanding!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sevenandsage@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. 

Once your return has been processed you will be issued with an online credit for your purchase. A refund will only be provided if your goods are deemed to be faulty.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Store credit is only able to be used online.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

My product colour looks slightly different to the photo/model?

Please note that colours and prints may vary slightly from what you see online. Printed garments can differ between batches due to the fabric dyeing process, and lighting during photography may affect how colours appear on screen. We always aim for consistency across every style, but small variations can occur between sizes or individual pieces.

AUSPOST Shipping:

Once a parcel has left our store, it is the property of Australia Post, however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been sent.
